Courtney Levan is a writer originally from Pacific Palisades, California. She has a BA from The American University of Paris, France and an MFA from Emerson College, Boston. She enjoys brewing very strong tea, collecting the loose sidewalk bricks outside her Beacon Hill apartment, and using the Oxford comma.

She often writes about her many experiences and adventures living in France, Indonesia, England, and the United States as well as her travels to 56 countries and counting.

When she is not writing or working as a TESOL teacher, she relaxes at home by watching the news or something science fiction related.
